The fully perforated drum, combined with the horizontal air flow pattern, allows for a separation of spraying and drying zone across the tablet bed.

Highly efficient coating - and easy to clean
Everybody talks about easy cleaning - but we have come uo with an ultimate solution! With our revolutionary cantilever drum bearing we eliminated any additional drum supports inside the process chamber. Combined with our advanced sanitary design, e.g. sloped surfaces, fully welded housing and cleaning nozzles, we can provide the easiest to clean, most GMP compliant coating system on the market field today.
Smart=simple
The smart wayof doing things is to keep them as simple as possible. Just as our discharging solution: Install the two piece smart discharge system and empty out the coating drum – all down to the last tablet.
FDA and GAMP compliant
We develop our software according to GAMP directives. It complies with all requirements of CFR 21 Part 11 (electronic records and signatures) including full documentation.

PC-based control system with SPS by Siemens, Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley. Interfaces to MES, ERP, local networks or database for long term process documentation.
The X∙ONE Coating Spray Nozzle
In cooperation with Schlick, Germany we have developed the innovative split-design X∙ONE coater nozzle. It separates dock and nozzle – just open the central lock for removing the nozzle! The dock with all its connections stays on the spray arm. No need to re-align nozzle positions and angles – everything remains perfectly set up allowing to run production more efficiently, more consistently, more GMP compliant.
Almost indestructable
We´ve done it right from the very start: an extremely rugged construction right down to the nozzle needle. Taken apart and reassembled in no time at all – of course without the need for any tools!
Signed, sealed, delivered
Less is more: one form seal instead of many O-rings. Simple, rugged and resistant against most kinds of solvents.
A true outperformer
Maximum spray rates meet an optimal homogenues spray pattern. Plus Schlick´s ABC (Anti-Bearding) Technology.
